Great location close to local restaurants. 🍽️ just a short walk to shops, pubs, various attractions in the area, and city center.

The family queen room had a lovely garden view, TV, and great space to work from. The hotel's central location in the town center was convenient.- The staff were efficient and made an effort to ensure my stay was excellent.

The hotel is nicely decorated and offers comfortable beds. The staff is fantastic and the en suite room is a nice size. The breakfast is delicious and there is a wide array of goodies available. The location is quiet and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and pubs. This hotel is the top choice in Brechin.

The warmest welcome and exceptional hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel like a personal guest in their home. The property was beautifully decorated and very clean, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the small kitchenette available for use, which allowed me to have some homemade meals instead of eating out all the time.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as there were no clear signs along the main road, especially in the evening. The uphill walk to the hotel was a bit tiring, and the hotel was not visible from the main road.

We got great value for our money at Gramarcy House Bed & Breakfast. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a superb shower room. The location was peaceful and the staff, especially Agnes, were welcoming and attentive.
